In effect we will apply and test what you have learned – from 6Beds Intro to Labor Compliance Workshop and past DOL/DLSE labor presentations – to analyze a fictitious facility’s state of labor compliance and potential labor violation costs.

We will then explore how to combine various caregiver classifications to create an optimized staffing model that meets both regulatory requirements and labor compliance with minimum cost.

The goals of this advance workshop are to:
