17 March 2015 – Join Us to Save the RCFE & ARF Communities State Capitol Raly

invitation

Join 6Beds for its biggest rally ever at the State Capitol — to lobby for our industry’s survival.

We need your voice — a united voice. This is your chance to be heard.

Our industry is on the brink of collapse, unless we persuade our lawmakers and governor to create exceptions that are inherent to our time-tested industry practice.

This is OUR FIGHT to keep our doors open so we can continue to provide safe and affordable care to California seniors and adults with disabilities!

We will also discuss and strategize for 6Beds’ upcoming March 17, 2015, rally at the State Capitol. This is a “do or die” for many of us care providers as California’s labor laws and upcoming new liability insurance mandates are severely crippling our ability to provide the best care for our residents — forcing many of our fellow providers to close their doors, permanently. Please join us and help preserve our industry.

DDS Appoints 6Beds in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Advisory Group

DDS appointed 6Beds to participate in an important effort to implement new federal regulations by serving on the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Advisory Group. The Advisory Group will analyze issues, identify steps and processes, and develop policy recommendations involved with
implementing federal home and community-based settings requirements.

This appointment in this very important task force is critical as we finally have a VOICE in DDS where we can share valuable information about our operations and foremost advocate for our developmentally disabled residents.
