I used to host CAREtoTALK, and while I’ve stepped back from that role, I’m happy that Mark Lung has stepped in to continue the conversations we all value. But I’ve been wanting to speak directly to you — so I figured it’s time I write.

- SB 434 – 90-Day Eviction Notice
- AB 508 – Daily Staffing Ratio Posting (DSS estimated millions in state cost)
