6Beds, Inc. has just hired Littler Mendelson P.C. law firm to finally address the labor and employment issues that’s crippling the residential care industry.
It’s a month project, headed by Michael Lotito (Littler’s policy maker) and Tammy McCutchen (former President Bush, Wage and Hour administrator), who complained to Congress in 2011, that the active labor enforcement represented a departure, not just “from Bush administration policies”, but “from historic policies and practices.”
Once the strategic planning project is complete, 6Beds will have a clear protocol for creating the best strategic plan to help save our industry — so that we can continue to provide safe and affordable housing to our California seniors and adults with developmental disabilities.
Littler is the largest U.S.-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in employment, employee benefits and labor law matters.
