This page describes the terms of the 6Beds, Inc. ("6Beds," "we," "us") text messaging (SMS) and email communication programs. By opting in to either program, you agree to the terms applicable to that program below.
SMS Program Description
6Beds' SMS program sends members and subscribers informational text messages, which may include compliance alerts, regulatory updates, event reminders, and advocacy news relevant to California ARF and RCFE operators.
How to Opt In to SMS
You may opt in by replying to an initial text invitation, submitting your phone number through a 6Beds web form, or providing verbal or written consent at a 6Beds event. Confirmation of your subscription will be sent by text after you opt in.
How to Opt Out of SMS
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As with most text messaging services, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Email Program Description
6Beds' email program sends members and subscribers informational and promotional email communications, which may include compliance alerts, regulatory updates, newsletters, event invitations, membership notices, and advocacy news relevant to California ARF and RCFE operators.
How to Opt In to Email
You may opt in by submitting your email address through a 6Beds web form, membership application, event registration, or by providing verbal or written consent at a 6Beds event. A confirmation email may be sent after you opt in.
How to Opt Out of Email
You can unsubscribe from the email program at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing support@6beds.org with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. Please allow up to 10 business days for the request to be processed, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending email messages to you again. Note that opting out of promotional emails may not remove you from transactional or membership-related emails necessary to administer your 6Beds account or membership.

Privacy
Your phone number, email address, and consent record are used solely to operate the 6Beds SMS and email programs and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Changes to These Programs
6Beds reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program, the email program, or these terms, at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
