And the Service Award Goes to…

In today’s social media-driven world and real-time information exchange – on top of a solid foundation built on achievements – the right optics is vital to generate awareness and influence community leaders, lawmakers and regulatory agencies to effect positive change and advancement of our industry.

That being said, 6Beds’ upcoming awards night gala is a culmination of 6Beds’ political lobby and advocacy work and its growing influence and impact on the residential care industry. This milestone, red carpet event offers a beacon of hope and solidarity among residential care operators, that we stand united and ever so fierce to preserve and advance our profession and the vital services we provide in caring for California’s frail elderly, adults with developmental disabilities and those with mental illness.

To that end, on August 25, 6Beds will be awarding 14 service awards to both ARF and RCFE facility operators and caregivers for their decades of outstanding service and commitment to the residential care communities. The awards recognize the individuals and families who have given so much of their time and talents to their residents and clients, as well as well as highlight and underscore their valuable impact and contribution to the residential care industry. The awards will be presented by Senator Scott Wiener (D – San Francisco) and Assemblymember Ash Kalra (D – San Jose) along with 6Beds Board of Directors.
